B bike
The gears weren't really working anyway. The new version of the B bike will be better for training and better in the slop. Maiden voyage today was sweet. Perfect 42:16 is fast.
I just switched my surly commuter/ cross to 42/16 - good on the road but would be WAY too much for me on the dirt. My knees hurt thinking about it. I want to see you win a cross race on a single - DO IT!
Awesome and perfect for winter riding. Makes those hill sprints all the more inviting. I started with 42x17 and am at 46x17 and that just feels better.
